But something is going on and doctors have a few courses of treatment they currently pursue if they determine a kid has this something. Are you trying to tell me there is nothing going on with trans people because "Hurr you can't change chromosomes"? Or that is somehow completely trivial despite the intense distress it can cause? Yeah what's going on is that they are suffering a mental disorder. So some of them can only be appeased by the mutilation surgery. But luckily for this kid, he didn't let it progress far enough to get emasculated, despite the progressive gender brigade urging him on.
