You have no idea how many conservatives on this board I am cool with right now. You have many trans people who are psychotic and cannot sit to answer a simple question without feeling offended. I can do that. My goal is to aid our cause not through hostility, but through understanding, because not enough people understand what being transgender is like or the actual medical approach used. I do. I've been through it. There are nearly 10 gatekeepers to do everything from legal name and sex change, hormone therapy, sex change, and many other things. It's not something any of us can just get. If we argue, nothing gets done.
