| whitelytning 09/09/17 8:16:08 AM #31: | The national hurricane center's 8:00am update just came out and contained some decent news. The storm has stayed over the northern part of Cuba longer than expected and the winds have died a little. Its a lower end cat 4 right now and has shrunk in size a little. It should be starting to make the move north northwest soon and they all say it will strengthen and get back to a high 4 or cat 5 once it is back over warmer water heading towards FL. FL will start feeling the winds later today and tonight will be a scary ride for anyone that stuck around in south FL.
