Actually its my dads breakfast but he was refusing to eat or take pills or follow any instructions so its back to the hospital for him so it became my breakfast.

I dont normally eat breakfast unless its usually like 11 or so but at that point its basically lunch.

But I'm pretty sure part of my mind wants to just grab and throw things it shouldn't so eating breakfast was a safer alternative.

Worse is i am trying to continue dropping a little weight so i cant just stress eat cookies all day like i would like to. Haven't touched a snacking cookie in nearly a month, so at least that venture is being successful.
