It has nothing to do with being a baby and everything to do with the ToS. Content posted can have consequences. Such as Jen's posts about periods, perhaps? She just accepts her fate that she was offensive? I thought that was bullshit too. And you're right about ToS, but those are meant to keep order. Not abusing it for the sake of power.
