It refers to a specific group of people, and many of the power dynamics that made it so toxic for the past century are still in play. And TC is disappointed? Queen, I'm disappointed. And tired. And alternatively apathetic, furious, defeated, and occasionally optimistic. More than all of that though, I'm tired of white people framing this as some kind of loss.
