BLM isn't trying to discriminate, they are fighting against discrimination.

BLM doesn't let white people in their groups a lot of the time. This is why there are white groups like "Ferguson Freedom Fighters". Because BLM will not let them join.
Explain how that isn't discrimination?
Well they aren't trying to take away civil rights for protected groups for example... and you are just looking at the attitudes of a few protesters, not the kind of things that the greater group is trying to accomplish.
