I agree that the book is not a comedy, but it IS a book with some amazingly funny stories to tell. It's a book that is highly sympathetic towards Tommy Wiseau so I kind of expect that the movie will carry some of that with it Yeah, I've got a lot of faith in Rogen and Franco. From hearing them talk it sounds like they're quite genuine in their love of The Room and Sestero's book.
