In this trilogy it becomes killing people to bring a particular group down for reasons other than money. Therefore to me it doesn't feel like being a hit man. Assassin would be a more fitting word. Semantics I know but it felt cooler when he was just some guy killing for money no personal stakes in why he's killing.

Game is still fun as hell though. And despite my issue with the story it's not a bad story.

The final mission was very good imo. I love that you can choose to give the target (for him) a fate worse than death if you want.
Buddy you must not have played any of the old games because more often than not, 47 has personal stakes and has to take down a personal enemy. In fact, iirc all 3 of the PS2 games are like that (which I adored).

Blood Money I have endless love for but special shout out to Contracts. Just a dark, lovely game.
