Questionmarktarius posted... There's no "are you high right now?" test, and the puritanical suspicion that someone is getting away with something is still pervasive. shrug. there are field sobriety tests that can gauge someone's level of impairment. but punishing someone for simply having THC metabolites in their body is beyond stupid. weed is the only drug you can get in trouble for using weeks after the fact. meanwhile, compare the cognitive abilities of someone who smoked a J the night before to someone who drank a 12 pack. it's not even comparable. --- Playing: Dead Cells; Undertale I hope something good happens to you today ...
