I think that is for the better. It would limit how great the stories can be told. The story is at a level of the lore actually being put into the game as a story. Its fantastic While you're making a fair point, you also have to consider that the way destiny vaults content means that new players legitimately can't start from the beginning and understand the story. That's not to say that destiny should start explicitly catering to new players, but if they only ever cater to the dwindling set of players that remain you won't get any more of that fantastic story either. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
