So that's a valid argument but what about the other side of the coin where people are trying to be efficient by picking up milk and women at the same time?

Or maybe a hospital? Heyyy getting tested for kidney failure might as well try to pick up that nurse over there while im at it and maybe steal some rubber gloves. Ya know whatever you can grab to make your life easier later.

It's good to multitask. Like hooking up an IV filled with liquor while you sleep so you wake up drunk and don't have to go through all the rigmarole of pouring a drink and doing dishes. Christ there's endless ways to be more efficient I forgot what the fuck we were talking about.
