Hung around 185-205 but was using a bar that didnt have knurling in the middle and it rolled off of me on a rep which sucked. I dont do them from the clean position cause of shit wrist mobility, i rest it on my front delts like a peasant and that was a sad consequence of it --- Sess Of the superuser "merSHINEsess" ...
