Not because its hard to get to 20 hours, after 3 months it is quite easy.
The thing is, that my eating window is now from 2pm to 6pm.

So i break my fast at 2pm, but then by 6pm I rarely am ever hungry and I might sometimes forget, sometimes I will rmember and eat by 7pm. Sometiems like yesterday I just let it end at 3pmish and just wait for 2pm today.

but I figure if I were to do a single meal a day thingie, it would be far more difficult to eat all the necessary nutrient in a single go.

Any tips?

IIRC I saw a topic about this a couple of months ago and I participated since I started doing it on December.

Honestly at the point where you're at just do a OMAD diet.

I've lost 60 lbs since Labor Day with it and I have days where I eat more than one meal and also still go drinking 2-3 times a week. Just set and plan your meals to be at a calorie deficit when you can.
