I do roughly 19/5. I break my fast at around 1pm, and finish my second(and last) meal around 6pm.

you got my schedule with an extra hour.

Have you considered exercising.


I do both.

Honestly at the point where you're at just do a OMAD diet.

I've lost 60 lbs since Labor Day with it and I have days where I eat more than one meal and also still go drinking 2-3 times a week. Just set and plan your meals to be at a calorie deficit when you can.

I do not need to lose weight tbh, I'm already 160.
As I mentioned earlier, OMAD would be vastly more difficult when taking needednutrition into account for justt one meal.
