I would extend the eating window to make sure you are getting all the meals, calories, and nutrients for your diet.

There really is no benefit to intermittent fasting or OMAD besides it being a schedule/tool to help people stick to their diets. If you are missing out on meals/nutrients because your window is too short, then intermittent fasting is actually hurting you.
