I wouldn't want a girl that never makes fun of me, cause then I can't be myself and make fun of her without it feeling too unbalanced. A lot of people see light roasting as flirting. Thats the thing. If her and her friends just like to bust balls, fine. So long as they arent the type who can dish it out but not take it. The problem is, the scenario specifically specifies that her friends dont like you and dont think youre good enough for her. Thats enough right there, as she is either going to have to get rid of them or break up with you.
