Topic	Should Republicans expand the Biden Rule from 1 year to 4 years?

Here and now I think Democrats get pasted in the midterms for doing nothing with the House, Senate, and Presidency aside from decry how their majority isn't big enough to do anything with. As for the topic, whatever is the most hypocritical.
