Topic | Ate too much, have hour long workout session in 1.5 hours, should I throw up? |

Should I throw up the food I've recently eaten so that my stomach doesn't contain anything when I go workout? I generally feel sick whenever I workout and normally don't eat, but I forgot today. Pros: I won't get sick during workout I won't get a cramp during workout I cut back slightly on calories I feel better and less bloated Cons: Damages my teeth Damages my esophogus Breathing heavy and acid throat is a bad mix I can fix some of the cons slightly with baking soda but it isn't perfect. --- Metroids Suck ...
