We already have Confederate Heritage Month, I thought? It's just you don't hear very much about it. It was the Juneteenth of its day. Only celebrated if you really cared to look it up.

And I'm pretty sure Mississippi already celebrated it. Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Virginia. To which I say, let them have their damn holiday. You know you don't care. It's essentially "Southern Pride Month." You don't fly the battle flag because you love slavery, you fly the battle flag because you love being a redneck. And there's nothing wrong with being a redneck.
