Topic	I dont understand NASCAR or drag racing.

And as anyone who's ever actually driven one of the cars on a practice track or as part of a demo can tell you, it takes a hell of a lot more out of you than most people think, so most drivers are actually in way better shape than you think they are, and racing takes a physical toll on them like any other sport would.
