Topic	I just got a job with a 40% raise

My best friend makes a salary that, if I were to make that much, I would already be able to retire, but he keeps buying so much shit that after 10 years of having the job he STILL has loans out of the ass. Some people just go "Well, better job now, time to spend!" No, put money aside for "in cases" shit and then start buying crap. While your body is, releatively, young and stable is the time to save. Well I mean I'm def going to buy things I want and do things for my house. I can do it all with this salary.
