Topic	Why do people complain about their jobs constantly?

I plan to leave but around the year or two year mark so it doesnt look bad on my resume. I complain occasionally because its still crappy but they pay me great money so I put up with a lot. But Ive worked a job where I found myself complaining nonstop. It was seriously toxic. I spoke with my husband and he supported me quitting without lining the next thing up for my mental health.
