Most of that is concocted by Depp's team to prove to the jury that Amber's intent was to harm Johnny Depp and his character. They're laying out a lot of evidence and hoping one of them sticks. Heard's team has the advantage in proving her "innocents". You're probably wondering why the court and jury just use common sense, but the reality is that the courts don't play that way. It's all technicality's. My friend got sued because some dumbass kid climbed a ladder on a part of a building that was still under construction. The reason for him being sued at his business? Because he didn't have a sign saying "no climbing" or "caution" there.
