it's interesting. supposed to be one of the reasons that OJ got off was because of how televised it was, where the media and general rumor about the case was that OJs lawyers were top notch, even though they weren't. the idea was so deeply rooted in everyone's mind that people started to believe that he would be found innocent, and this idea bled into the jury, even though it's not supposed to.

same thing is so far happening here, where 95+% of people are on JD's side. I think I probably lean in that direction too, but you can clearly see a strong bias in what people are saying about it. (in some cases people will mention the same kinds of thing on both sides, and on JD's side it will be a good thing, and on AH's side it will be a bad thing.)

(I think a lot of people are forgetting that it's specifically a defamation case. everyone thinking "JD is so great and AH is so evil!" doesn't really have much to do with what is trying to be proved.)
