If Lopen was killed instead of Han, Scare looks better for defending Han and pushing for Lopen instead, thus making Han look better too. Also, iirc Lopen was the only guilty scanning player on Tidus' scum list Kirby died for "failing his objective" but was also modkilled. Not really sure what to make of that.
