Yes she should definitely talk to her doctor. I was placed on medication a few months and it made a world of difference for me.

Why is she not getting any breaks though? When youre done with work, do you take over for a bit? I was on maternity leave and had her most of the day but when my husband was done we split the evening together. And then weekends was split as well. A lot of women burn themselves out thinking that because they arent working that means they need to do all the childcare. But it is full time job. I found it more difficult than my desk job even.
i mean, I give her breaks in the evening but it isnt that much time for herself before she goes to bed

so Ill have him until like midnight or one and then shes co-sleeping with him (which is the only thing that worked for us sleeping)

Ive told her she can go out with friends or whatever in the evening and Id be happy to watch but shes so exhausted from the day that she doesnt want to
