Everyone is still dumb as hell, but quality of life has gone from awful to not as awful. Then bam... Attack.. It turns out all the smart people left the planet to colonize Mars. They are back to strip the planet of resources. Not, Rita, their kids, Dwayne, and Frito all must figure out a way save the world.
