Topic	Something that's been bothering me a long time about this Heard/Depp trial

Like, there's just nothing funny at all about anything going on here, and yet I can't escape the memes about it. It's really concerning how much coverage this is getting. It's taken priority even for people who haven't even brought it into their algorithm. And the staying power of comparisons this case is going to have on victims from here on out is going to be influential for all the wrong reasons. Like, the video of him breaking plates and yelling - which we were told was him reacting to his mother's death - was actualluly supposedly filmed months before she died.
