If you want, you can download Wireshark, its a packet tracer that you can see the network utilization on your PC and modem to find the source and destination of network spikes. Its also free to download. Looks fine right now. I forgot to add when I ran Googles speed test while plugged into my MB downloads speeds were fine. Upload speeds were <1. While plugged into my PCI ehternet port I'm getting normal download and upload speeds. Maybe tomorrow I will play around a little more.
