Topic	My company is converting to unlimited PTO

So there is no sick time, floating holiday, vacation, etc. You just tell your boss you will be taking time off and you are good. On the one hand, I like it. On the other hand, I am probably going to be the type of person who doesn't take any time off and no longer has the "use it or lose it" incentive to do so anymore. --- After 16 years, I have decided my signature will NOT be about my job!
