| Straughan 06/10/22 6:46:39 PM #6: | The only thing that's really supposed to be in pizza is San Marzano tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella with some extra virgin olive oil. Dough proved for at least 24hrs and spread to the ends without removing the air in the crust.
