Topic	Anime fights where the MC is already equally as strong as the main arc villain

Idk about anything after that as I skipped the weird Christian missionary arc from the anime and never finished the manga. >_> Kenshin is 100% stronger than Shishio. Shioshio was fighting all half dead opponents while he was relatively healthy. The only people Kenshin isn't stronger than are his master who was confirmed to be unbeatable by anyone in the series and probably Enishi.
