The only people Kenshin isn't stronger than are his master who was confirmed to be unbeatable by anyone in the series and probably Enishi. Enishi with Nerves of Insanity active would have killed Kenshin had he not revealed a skill he never used the entire series to take advantage of Enishi's heightened senses. Kenshin fights with a handicap.
