But then Activision couldn't help being Activision and merged Vicarious Visions with Blizzard to help with their games. https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2021-01-22-vicarious-visions-merged-into-blizzard Then Activision shopped THPS3+4 with other developers but weren't satisfied with their pitches and decided to cancel it.
