I like Gamestop. I still shop there unless other retail stores have a promotion going on.

There are two things I dont like.. their trade in values and the "selling opened games as new"

That latter being the biggest cringeworthty on the two.

Try this:
Buy a new sealed game from GameStop and unwrap it in their faces. Then try to get a full refund and see what they tell you.
Pretty sure people dont get how resellers make money in these cases.

Also the whole argument I would say while there should be ways of getting around opening copies an opened copy doesnt indicate being a used copy which creates issues as well. And opening a sealed copy in front of them they would more likely deny the return on the grounds of you being a dick about it.
