How you come off is entitled. I mean one thing I never get about people and retail is they in general will bitch and moan about things like this and yet not work the system in their favor. Because lets be real the employees probably dont like having to open copies on new games either because they know regardless of the condition of the game itself having never been played you get the whole its bot seal its used! point. The whole factory seal things for products are mainly because retail chains take a hit if someone just uses something to return it for full value.

However you pointed out that Best Buy gives discounts for it, maybe just maybe loom at the cases and ask if its the last one if there is a discount you can get if the case is damaged? Its not a hard thing to ask and if they cant then oh well you dont have to buy that copy.
