In 2020 (so 1 less conservative judge - they could have overturned it then) the court defended the right to not be discriminated based on your sexuality, so it'll have to be a really obvious "lol yeah we're total hypocrites **** the gays" and I don't think they're that stupid. They've got a majority to do whatever crazy BS they want and lifetime appointments to do it forever.
