Technically, it would be committing an insurrection, not inciting one. Other than that, it isn't. That's not inherently a bad thing. Some governments need to be overthrown. Here, we have five unelected officials who just gave up on their duty to protect the american citizenry from tyrannical laws. They seem like an obvious starting point, to allow them to be replaced with people that would actually do their job (death being the only real means by which to effect a replacement). From there, those passing the tyrannical laws would be the most likely next option. And then those enforcing them, along with any that seek to replace them. And so on, and so on, until this disgusting ideology lies gasping in the dust, bleeding out more life than it ever deserved to have.

Really, what other option is there?

When you take away peoples right to self determination you don't leave a whole lot of options. 4 justices appointed by presidents the people did not choose are writing law that will only cause chaos. This isn't ok.
