Multi-discipline but can do wood working, metal working, plastics, epoxies, 3d printing, CNC machining, etc. with enough electrical knowledge and the materials knowledge to get by. Basically if I can imagine something, i can build it. Motivating others. Able to get 100% out of employees, can spontaneously give a graduation speech that will stick with some of them forever, can put on motivational seminars, etc. Able to read people. Know when someone is lying to me. Never miss a signal from a woman again.
