I mean, Ulti's D1 EoD is all sorts of contradictory. I didn't like his explanations for his actions at all, but it's hard to refute IGCD's scan on Ulti, especially when All That is a 90s show (sort of; according to Wikipedia it ran from 1994 to 2005).

It's possible scum somehow intercepted the information that IGCD had and managed to build a fakeclaim around it. Admittedly, it's kinda odd how Ulti and Death both have flavors for shows that involve Kenan Thompson.

I imagine there's SOMETHING that counters the thief. Maybe they can choose what flavor to scan as. Or maybe he's this remake of the show that scans as the old one
