Busted in the right hands, outright terrible in the wrong hands, but otherwise isn't a huge loss if they end up dead without using their powers. Backup inheriting Untargetable/Commuter is the real concern to the role balance, if you're gonna make that argument. Also Tracker is not better than Cop wtf Cop confirms scum or (at worst) confirms town Tracker reveals a power role (or potential kill) or (at worst) reveals that someone didn't move, regardless of what their power actually is IGCD's version of Cop was balanced out by having to decipher the clues from his scan, or otherwise reveal himself to get his target to claim flavor. It's either on-par or worse than standard Cop. But that's getting too focused in the details. Scum had Redirector and Jack and scanner that checks if people are vanilla or not. The opposing team has some rather esoteric roles that make this setup hard to analyze properly in terms of balance. To recap, we have town power roles:
