What's the alternative? They're incapable of using Congress to get anything done as things are now. Biden could (and maybe should) use executive orders to do big things, but SCOTUS would just slap those down pretty quick. The only real way to change things at the federal level is for the Democrats to start winning more elections. Granted, the best way to do that would be to change the party brand/platform itself, but realistically they aren't doing that until after they get killed in 2022/2024. --- Congrats to 2020 GotD Guru champ azuarc! ...
