Go on TV and explicitly say that Joe Manchin cares more about the filibuster than he does the rights of women. Establish a legal team to fight every statewide abortion ban based on any loopholes they can find in state constitution. Nominate pro-choice judges for all the vacancies. And officially designate federal funds for those things people need to get abortions.
