Article below doesn't say that's why but I read it in the anime board. This is like when Fire Force went on hiatus after the KyoAni fire, though I guess FF eventually resumed. Hopefully Teppen airs the episode at some point too. Teppen wasn't amazing already, losing what should've been the second episode isn't going to help.
