Depends on how it's being used (juice, pie, jam, tart, smoothie, ice cream, frozen yogurt, etc etc etc etc) For most food stuffs, I like cherry. I like a lot of lemon stuff though. Like lemon squares, lemon pie, lemon flavored tea. Just plain fruit and dried fruit, apricot. As far as Mango goes, this stuff is great, but it spikes the shit out of your blood sugar. Very bad for diabetics and pre-diabetics. I got chewed out for giving it to my gf's younger sister. I'll never forget that. One of the only times she's ever yelled at me.
