Guys who look great with a lazy do like a man bun tend to already look hot without it. That's really the point...
It's like a beard: it's less the hair that's making the person look great; it's more about the canvas it's growing on.
A guy who looks like his features were chiseled by the gods will still look amazing bald. As amazing? Probably not, but that's not the point.

There's hot guys who favor something as simple and messy as a man bun because they realize their already stunning looks will compensate for it.
