Had a super bad sore throat whenever swallowing (distinctive from strep throat in that it would only occur while swallowing) and a 102ish fever that would not go down with any sort of fever reducing medicine. I officially got it like two weeks ago. The sore throat I had was super reminiscent of that early 2020 illness. Fever was less bad.
