So you liked him when he was making people laugh at his own community (poor, black people), that really wasn't even his community, as he grew up upper-middle class. Yes. Because he wasn't saying "Im KKK" in the middle of his specials that he made fun of black people in. We knew that he wasn't talking about all black people. He was making fun of outliers of the community. Him having one friend that happened to be trans doesn't equate to him having a underlining love for black people under his old comedy. We were comforted by knowing that he loved black people under all his jokes. He's not convincing us he loves the Trans community.
