He was popular, I'll give him that, but the only thing that will make him a legend is some yet-to-exist rapper becoming a legend themselves after basing their own sound on xxxtentacion I get what you mean but idk if Id classify him as SoundCloud rap the genre just cause he was on SoundCloud.
